Contemporary dance for beginners mini Program (Level 1)
w/ Andriana Seecker
Berlin, Germany · November–December 2026
Join a small and welcoming group for a 6-week contemporary dance mini programme designed for absolute beginners of all ages.
This programme is a space to explore movement freely, make mistakes without pressure, and gradually build confidence through dance. You’ll learn in a supportive and non-judgmental environment where there is no expectation to be perfect — just an opportunity to move, explore and enjoy learning together.
Across the six sessions, you’ll explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance, including body awareness, spatial awareness, group dynamics, posture and musicality. Through simple dance techniques, movement sequences and choreography, you’ll gradually develop a deeper understanding of movement while getting a taste of what it means to learn and dance together as a group.
Whether you have never danced before, have always wanted to try, or simply want to reconnect with movement, this programme is for you.
