Contemporary dance for beginners mini Program (Level 1)
w/ Andriana Seecker
Designed for absolute beginners of all ages, this 4-week mini programme introduces the fundamentals of dance in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. It’s a space to explore movement freely, make mistakes without pressure, and leave each class with a sense of achievement and confidence.
Across the four sessions, you’ll explore the essentials: body awareness, spatial awareness, group dynamics, principles of contemporary dance, posture, and musicality. You’ll gradually develop a deeper understanding of movement through simple dance techniques, movement sequences, and choreography, while getting a taste of what it means to learn and dance together as a group.
